SubOn is a mobile-first app I founded to take the admin out of organising casual football. Organisers create games, share a join link or QR code, and track who's in and who's paid - without handling player money through the app. Built as a pnpm + Turbo monorepo with native iOS/Android apps and a Next.js web layer for marketing, web-first join/pay, and Stripe billing for SubOn Pro.
